Terms, briefly.
The site
foxhill.works describes the FoxHill product, hosts a free planning tool, and takes requests for a private preview. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Preview access is granted at FoxHill's discretion and governed by the separate terms you receive with your invite. The preview environment contains synthetic data only.
The 2027 transition check
The check is an unofficial planning aid. It computes projections from the numbers you enter against our reading of the published BACB fieldwork standards. It is not advice, not a certification determination, and not affiliated with the BACB — verify anything that matters against the current BACB handbook and your certifying coordinator before acting on it.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the forms or the API (rate limits are enforced), don't submit information about other people without their permission, and don't submit anyone's health information — this site has no lawful place to put it and no reason to hold it.
Intellectual property
The FoxHill name, fox mark, and site content are FoxHill's. BCBA®, BCaBA®, and RBT® are registered certification marks of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, used here only to refer factually to those credentials; FoxHill is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the BACB.
Liability, changes, contact
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxHill is not liable for decisions made on the basis of this site or its tools. These terms may change; the effective date above moves when they do. Questions: hello@mail.foxhill.works.
